Understanding Surgical Miscounts - a study by Melzi Surgical

Miscounts around surgical sharps (needles, blades, instruments, wires, etc.) are often unreported.  This study by Melzi Surgical is aimed to understand the frequency of miscounts and steps taken to decrease their frequency.  All data is anonymized.

• Only perioperative nurses and surgical technologists can participate.
