Registration for March 11th Pain Management Seminar and Brunch

If you've tried to register for our March 11th education and brunch event on your phone with the QR code, then you probably have not been successful. We apologize for the issues with the registration page.

Please do not use the QR code with your phone, and instead register via your computer here.

On the registration page, enter first name and last name, which are required fields. Click on search. If "No Results" appears below, then click on "Add New" which is highlighted in purple. Complete required fields and submit.
