Exploring Intraoperative Nurses’ Perceptions of Safety, Culture, and Teamwork in California Survey

Participation is entirely anonymous and voluntary, and responses will be confidential. 

The estimated time to complete is 12–15 minutes for this 31-question survey

Study Eligibility Criteria:

Participants must meet all of the following:

• Be a Registered Nurse working in an operating room in California
• Serve as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or RNFA (certified or non-certified)
• Provide direct patient care at least 20 hours per week
• Have at least one year of independent intraoperative experience
